How to Apply

To apply for the BS (4-Year) program, please follow these four essential steps:

Visit the College Office

Admissions are conducted strictly on-campus. Visit the college office during the notified period to initiate your application.

Purchase Prospectus

You must purchase the official college prospectus and application form. If you are applying for more than one subject (e.g., English and Physics), a separate prospectus is required for each discipline.

Complete Documentation

Fill out the form and attach all required attested documents (ID copies, result cards, and photographs) as per the college checklist.

Submit and Pay Dues

Submit your completed form to the office within the deadline. If your name appears on the merit list, you must pay the admission fees by the specified date to confirm your seat.

Admission Requirements

Minimum Academic Score: A minimum of 45% marks in F.A./F.Sc./A-Level or equivalent is required. Students with "star marks" (concessional passing) are ineligible.
Age Limit: The applicant’s age must not exceed 20 years at the time of admission.
Subject Eligibility: For BS Computer Science and Physics, only students from F.Sc (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering) or ICS (with Math) backgrounds are eligible.
Identification Docs: Provide 2 copies of the Student’s CNIC or B-Form, and 2 copies of the Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC.
Educational Records: 2 attested copies each of the Matriculation and Intermediate result cards.
Photographs: 4 recent passport-size photographs, specifically attested on the back.
Certificates: A Character Certificate from the last institution attended and a Health Proforma are mandatory.

NOC & Affidavits: Students from boards other than Sahiwal must provide an NOC. Students who passed in previous years must submit a legal Affidavit.

Admission Policy for BS (4-Year Degree Program)

Affiliation: The BS program is affiliated with Punjab University adhering to its academic standards.
Minimum 45% marks in F.A./F.Sc./A-Level or equivalent.
Applicants may apply for subjects not offered at the Intermediate level (except Science).
For Computer Science admissions F.sc and ICS students are eligible to apply.
At the time of admission applicant age should not greater than 20 years.

Application Process

Online Application: Follow instructions on the OCAS Punjab website.
On-Campus Application: Obtain the application form and prospectus from the college office..

Attach the required documents

Student’s ID Card/B-Form (2 copies)
Father’s or guardians ID Card(2 Copies)
Recent passport size photographs attested from Back(4 copies)
IV. Result card matric(2 copies)
Result card inter(2 copies)
Character certificate from last institution attended(2 copies)
NOC from Board for students other than Sahiwal Board.
VIII. Students passed examination in previous areas should also submit Affidavit.

Admission Policy for BS (4-Year Program)

Affiliation: University of the Punjab, Lahore.
Eligibility: Minimum 45% marks in Intermediate (No "Star" marks allowed).
Age Limit: Maximum 20 years at the time of admission.
Science Subjects: Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, and ICS (Math) are eligible for BS Physics and Computer Science.

Note: Original documents must be presented during the interview/fee submission.

Attendance & Leave Rules

Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in University exams.
Absence from monthly tests/internal exams will result in withheld admission.
Students absent for 15 consecutive days will be struck off the college rolls.
Medical leave > 4 days requires a certificate signed by a Government MS.

Uniform & Conduct

Plain white Shalwar Kameez (Shoulder flaps required). Trousers/Fitted shirts prohibited.
Plain black closed shoes and black socks only. No high heels or jewelry.
Mobile phones and cameras are strictly prohibited (Fine: Rs. 1000 + Confiscation).
College ID cards must be worn at all times.

BS Semester Rules

Promotion requires a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
Probation: Granted if GPA is between 1.75 and 2.00 in the first semester.
Dismissal: Students failing 50% of subjects or scoring < 50% in first 4 semesters will be dropped.

Scholarships & Concessions

Kinship Concession: Half tuition fee waiver if a sibling studies in a Govt. college.
Teacher’s Children: Full waiver for elder daughter (for teachers up to Grade 15).
Merit scholarships available from Govt, University, and Board.

Hostel Rules & Expenses

Monthly food charges: Rs. 7000 (Subject to inflation).
Apply for the 60-seat hostel facility along with the admission form.
Only authorized relatives with photos on the form are allowed to visit.
Students must return to the hostel by 6 PM (Summer) / 4 PM (Winter) on weekends.
